What You’ll Do:
- Lead clinical workforce capacity and surge planning to ensure the organization can respond effectively to demand variability, growth, and unexpected volume spikes.
- Partner with clinical leadership and finance on headcount planning and staffing models, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet current demand and forecasted growth.
- Define, build, and maintain clinical operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance, utilization, productivity, and operational risk.
This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If:
- You have experience managing data-driven clinical operations in a telehealth care environment.
- You have prior experience working at a telehealth or digital health startup, and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- You have owned or partnered on clinician capacity modeling, staffing plans, and utilization forecasting for virtual clinical teams.
