Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to end users, addressing hardware, application, and mobile device issues.
- Partner with the People Team to manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account creation and access management.
- Maintain asset inventory and track equipment returns from remote employees.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or desktop support position required.
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinker.
