Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support to end users, addressing hardware, application, and mobile device issues.
  • Partner with the People Team to manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account creation and access management.
  • Maintain asset inventory and track equipment returns from remote employees.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or desktop support position required.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinker.
