What you'll do:
- Help resolve customer issues end-to-end, from bug fixes to architecture advice.
- Continuously improve the platform to prevent recurring problems.
- Maintain the knowledge base and build automations to scale support.
What we're looking for:
- Strong TypeScript and React skills with modern web app fundamentals.
- Proven debugging ability and systems thinking.
- Excellent written communication and customer-facing experience.
Timezone and logistics:
- Weekend coverage from Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
- Based in Europe, Middle East, or Africa, or willing to work GMT+2 hours.
- Opportunity to transition to engineering or sales engineering after 6-12 months.
Compensation and benefits:
