What You'll Own:
- Respond to technical issues via Slack, Linear, and Pylon, guiding customers through challenges.
- Escalate bugs with context, maintain support docs, and build internal tools with AI workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in technical support or engineering, with TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.
- Strong communication and ability to juggle multiple technical conversations.
