Role Overview:
- This newly created VP role provides dedicated senior leadership for international expansion and category extension.
- Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will shape growth strategies and sequence investment.
What You'll Do:
- Own the multi-year growth strategy and glide path for new markets and categories.
- Build business cases with market sizing, margin, and capital requirements, and lead cross-functional stage-gate processes.
- Serve as interim P&L steward for emerging bets until they graduate to a dedicated general manager.
Who You Are:
- You have 12+ years in CPG with a track record in commercial strategy, corporate strategy, or new-business roles.
- You are fluent across the full commercialization lifecycle and have a strong financial toolkit.
- You have executive presence to partner with the CEO and board on capital decisions.
