Job Description
The Manager, Training will play a pivotal role in preparing Orca Bio’s organization for the U.S. launch of ORCA-T. This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training for field teams, overseeing onboarding and certification, coordinating meetings, and supporting launch operations. This role will stretch across training enablement, meeting execution, operational readiness, and cross-functional alignment—serving as a connective hub across Account Management, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
Training Enablement & Field Readiness includes design and execution of the ORCA-T launch training curriculum. Onboarding & Commercial Enablement includes leading new hire onboarding for Account Managers and field personnel. National & Regional Meeting Planning includes leading the strategic planning, content development, and execution of key launch meetings. Operational Support & Coordination includes supporting operational readiness by coordinating delivery of training and communication on digital tools.
