The Manager, Training will play a pivotal role in preparing Orca Bio’s organization for the U.S. launch of ORCA-T. This role is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training for field teams (Account Management, Payer Account Directors, Market Development, Medical Science Liaisons), overseeing onboarding and certification, coordinating regional and national meetings, and supporting key launch operations activities.
