Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track applications for state substance use disorder treatment facility and laboratory licenses across multiple states.
- Monitor license status, renewal deadlines, and maintain an accurate licensing calendar.
- Support internal and external audits by providing up-to-date licensing documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Licensing Specialist, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory research skills.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with preference for Eastern time zone overlap.
- Must have reliable internet and telephone services.
