Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and track applications for state substance use disorder treatment facility and laboratory licenses across multiple states.
  • Monitor license status, renewal deadlines, and maintain an accurate licensing calendar.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing up-to-date licensing documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Licensing Specialist, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory research skills.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with preference for Eastern time zone overlap.
  • Must have reliable internet and telephone services.
