Role Overview:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groups and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Own key components of the payroll lifecycle, including data validation, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer pay components such as commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, severance, and retroactive adjustments.
- Monitor payroll timelines and proactively escalate risks when inputs are incomplete or delayed.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of payroll operations experience, with Germany or France experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
