Hightouch is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the go-to-market team for their AI Decisioning product. The role involves building the sales 'machine' from scratch, including refining the playbook, closing deals, and establishing product-market fit. The VP of Sales will hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive on category creation, and have a passion for people leadership. Requires 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, success in building early-stage sales teams and experience with enterprise deals.
