Sr Director, Innovation & Impact - Patient Access Strategy & Transformation

Strategic Roadmap Execution:

• Own end-to-end delivery of priority innovation initiatives from business case through implementation and value realization.
• Design scalable operating models, workflows, and governance structures for long-term sustainability.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide deployments across operations, technology, and client services.

Innovation, Transformation & Value Creation:

• Convert emerging technology and market opportunities into scalable solutions that improve core services.
• Lead initiatives improving time-to-therapy, benefit verification, prior authorization, and patient experience.
• Develop feasibility assessments and business cases for innovation investments, including ROI and implementation complexity.

Data-Driven Insights & Impact Measurement:

• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences for strategic initiatives.
• Use operational and patient access data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Establish continuous improvement loops informed by metrics and feedback.
