Role Summary:

• Be the first point of connection in a patient’s care journey, delivering warm and informed support.
• Guide patients through registration, answer questions, and prepare them for their first consultation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats, transferring or taking messages as needed.
• Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule new patient consultations.
• Email welcome packets, provide accurate information, and maintain patient confidentiality.
