About the role:

  • As a Patient Experience Specialist, you'll guide patients through the imaging scheduling process, delivering a seamless and supportive experience from referral to appointment.
  • You'll coordinate with patients, providers, and imaging centers to ensure timely access to high-quality diagnostic imaging, removing barriers to care.

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role; Spanish fluency required.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passionate about improving the patient experience and comfortable with AI tools.
