Role Description:
- Serve as overflow support to multiple women's health practices by answering and working incoming calls and messages.
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from current and new patients.
- Support patient scheduling, no-show and cancellation follow-up, and schedule reshuffles.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve practical problems.
- Must have the ability to multitask effectively.
