**About the Role:**

• Build and lead a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers.
• Own the region's technical sales strategy alongside sales leadership.
• Stay hands-on to jump into demos and handle tough technical objections.

**What You'll Do:**

• Recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of presales SE leaders and ICs.
• Own regional numbers and run consistent forecasting cadence.
• Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and support evaluations.

**What You Bring:**

• 3+ years in a Director-level role, plus 5-10 years in high tech technical roles.
• Hands-on approach: stay current on product and directly involved in demos.
• Experience selling monitoring, data, or visualization products.
