Human Resources Business Partner (REMOTE US)

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the AMER region serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and provides HR guidance and support to align people strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP will help drive performance, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws. The role involves coaching and advising managers on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations. Supporting change management initiatives and contributing to the development of a high-performance culture are also key aspects. The HRBP will also provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and appropriate resolution, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.
