Director, Enterprise Strategy & Operations

About the Role:

• This is a high-impact strategic leadership position driving enterprise-wide alignment and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise strategy and operations frameworks including governance and KPI tracking.

• Support leadership forums by preparing insights and ensuring accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Monday.com, or NetSuite is a plus.
