Job Description
Lead and execute our annual performance review process, compensation planning, and promotion cycles. Manage employee relations and support managers with coaching and development. Design and roll out employee surveys and follow-up action planning to strengthen engagement. Build training and development programs, including manager enablement and career growth frameworks. Maintain and evolve people policies, documentation, and compliance practices in partnership with legal. Partner on compensation strategy, equity allocation, and benchmarking tools like Pave. Improve internal processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle operations. Support HRIS administration and reporting.
