Associate Cloud Ops Engineer

We’re searching for an Associate Cloud Ops Engineer to join our Cloud Services team in a remote work setting. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun. This role involves liaising with Development, Support, and Implementation teams to enhance client experience. It also includes creating documentation for software installations, server configurations, and troubleshooting policies. Working with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues or help with configuration changes/testing is also involved; along with SQL activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts.
