Responsibilities:
- Handle Cloud inquiries and service request communications, ensuring timely responses and cross-functional collaboration.
- Update AI-driven knowledge base, optimize search, and ensure compliance and security standards.
- Standardize engagement resources, create user manuals, and implement feedback mechanisms for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of Cloud or IT service experience.
- Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and compliance/security standards.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
