Your Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to basic inbound phone calls, tickets, and emails from internal and external resources.
- Interact with customers and partners to understand needs and ensure clear communication.
- Respond to alerts and take corrective action with oversight.
Role Essentials:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with foundational cloud hosting knowledge.
- Experience in Incident Management and systems administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking, and virtualization technologies.
What We'd Like to See:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure monitoring tools and corrective action workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
