About the role:
- Support organizations in maintaining secure, scalable, and highly reliable cloud environments.
- Act as a trusted technical partner, solving complex infrastructure challenges and improving operational resilience.
- Combine cloud engineering, incident management, automation, and customer-facing technical leadership.
Accountabilities:
- Lead technical troubleshooting investigations and own key reliability initiatives.
- Support production environments through proactive monitoring and issue prevention.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and infrastructure-as-code practices.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years in IT with focus on cloud engineering, SRE, or platform operations.
- 4+ years hands-on AWS experience with services like EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
