Regional Director, Sales - Public Sector, DoD

The Regional Director role is vital in all of our territory's selling markets. As the RD leader for our Public Sector, DoD vertical, you will lead a 5-8-person, dynamic sales team, supporting existing and new clients while helping GitLab to surpass our growth goals. Reporting to the AVP of Public Sector, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account sales personnel to meet and exceed sales goals.
