Join the Customer Success team at Camunda as a Technical Support Engineer, where your passion for technology and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact! You will be at the forefront of assisting our clients in achieving their automation goals by leveraging Camunda's robust BPM solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their unique challenges and helping them maximize the value of our products. You'll provide expert technical support for our Java-based applications, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. You will collaborate with clients and reproduce reported issues using Java/Spring boot. You'll utilize your knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and build automation tools (Maven/Gradle) to assist customers and optimize their development processes. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the support experience. Finally, you will create and maintain documentation to empower customers and enhance internal knowledge sharing.
