What You'll Do:
- Own delivery of Honeycomb Private Cloud, the infrastructure, tooling, and operational processes for enterprise customers.
- Work at the customer boundary with Field Engineering, Support, and Sales on PoCs, security reviews, and access negotiations.
- Build the team by growing a small, senior, high-context team and hiring engineers to scale with product growth.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year as an Engineering Manager for a highly technical, senior team.
- Experience shipping and operating software in environments you don't fully control, like on-prem or private cloud.
- Kubernetes and AWS fluency, plus comfort with customer-facing enterprise buyer conversations.
