What you'll do:
- Resolve clinical escalations end-to-end, including coding issues, protocol mismatches, authorizations, and facility gaps.
- Refine operational workflows and training to improve the member imaging journey.
- Partner with product as the radiology SME to define clinically correct logic.
About you:
- 5+ years in radiology operations across hospital and freestanding settings.
- Deep knowledge of the imaging order lifecycle and modalities.
- Strong escalation instincts and ability to translate clinical knowledge for non-clinical audiences.
