Job Description

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platform products, aligning with corporate growth objectives in North America and Europe. Lead and manage a regional or global sales team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and daily operations. Set annual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team execution meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and client requirements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships. Drive key enterprise deal closures, personally lead high-value negotiations, and act as executive sponsor for major accounts. Provide regular executive-level reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
