About the Role:
- This remote opportunity is for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers navigate important coverage decisions.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized support and expert guidance on personal lines insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members through phone, email, and other channels with insurance quotes, new policies, billing questions, and policy modifications.
- Process insurance transactions including endorsements, cancellations, and coverage changes while following compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely information.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license required.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; contact center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
