This remote opportunity is for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers navigate important coverage decisions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized support and expert guidance on personal lines insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist members through phone, email, and other channels with insurance quotes, new policies, billing questions, and policy modifications.
Process insurance transactions including endorsements, cancellations, and coverage changes while following compliance requirements.
Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely information.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license required.
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; contact center experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
