SaaS Academy is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer (LATAM) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone based in Latin America who is eager to grow their career in recruitment and wants hands-on experience in sourcing talent for a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. You’ll work closely with our Recruiting Coordinator and Talent Lead to build outbound pipelines, manage candidate data, and ensure an exceptional experience for potential hires. This is a remote, full-time role with clear growth pathways, training support, and opportunities to expand your impact within the team.
