Looking for a senior-level B2B Account Manager to confidently lead strategic client engagements across the US and Europe. This role goes far beyond day-to-day support—you’ll own client success outcomes, drive complex campaign strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates from various locations, preferably within the European time zone, with the ability to overlap some working hours to collaborate with our US clients.
You will Act as the strategic partner to stakeholders on the client side—ensuring their goals are met through proactive planning, transparent communication, and continuous optimization of our outreach and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive B2B growth campaigns, owning client onboarding, retention, and upsell initiatives, and overseeing and improving internal delivery processes.
