What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Co-Founders and executive team to translate strategy into financial priorities and operating plans.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and capital allocation.
- Build and develop the finance team, systems, and processes.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a scaled, high-growth consumer business.
- Deep experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing.
- Broad financial leadership experience spanning FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital, controls, and capital allocation.
