What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead the company’s people strategy in partnership with the Co-Founders and executive team, aligning organizational and talent priorities with business goals.
  • Own recruiting and hiring across the organization, including workforce planning, role development, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and evolve performance management, employee development, and manager enablement practices that create clear expectations, accountability, and opportunities for growth.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience across People, HR, talent, or organizational leadership.
  • Experience owning or helping build a people function within a high-growth or rapidly evolving organization.
  • Strong recruiting experience, including leadership, specialized, and high-impact roles.
