About the Role:
- We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment where engineers can grow and thrive.
- You will lead a team of 8-10 engineers and partner with product managers and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor, coach, and support the career growth of engineers through regular 1-on-1s and actionable feedback.
- Improve engineering processes (scrum, code reviews, testing) to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Participate in hiring, recruiting, and defining staffing strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ in a fast-paced, preferably remote environment.
- Core software engineering skills including proficiency in Python and Ruby.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Salary range $190,000-$230,000 USD plus health insurance and equity.
