Job Description
Manage daily client communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Coordinate with recruitment, practitioners, chefs, menu designers, and billing to keep each client’s service running smoothly. Handle client admin, preferences, tolerance changes, and service updates. Predict and resolve service issues before they escalate. Keep CRM notes and internal tools updated and accurate. Ensure clients always know what’s happening and what comes next. Maintain strong relationships with active clients. Monitor service consistency, chef performance, and menu quality. Ensure clients are on track with their nutrition and service goals. Maintain a calm, premium tone with high-end households.
