You Will Build role descriptions, scorecards, and quarterback hiring processes for business and GTM functions - both for new and established positions. Configure processes in our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure every interviewer has clear focus areas and can score consistently. Source top-tier talent through the web, tools, and your networks. Lead debriefs with interview teams, organize insights, and ask the right questions to align on fit. Collaborate on finalist panels (presentations, take-homes) by designing exercises that test our hiring hypotheses. Create a high-touch candidate and hiring team experience from start to finish. Communicate broadly and effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
