What You'll Do:

Conduct first and annual clinical interactions using a telemedicine platform.
Evaluate risk scores, assess gaps in care, and develop comprehensive care plans.
Provide clinical insights and adhere to best documentation practices.

What Leads to Success:

People-first mindset with deep commitment to our mission.
At least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 in adult oncology and 1 in telehealth.
Comfort with ambiguity and desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced startup.
