Senior Performance Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations and existing systems.
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring and remediation processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Unit4 Financials by Coda.
• 5+ years in customer success or performance optimisation.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with SQL, database tuning, Java containers, and SaaS Azure infrastructures.

Additional Information:

• Remote role with travel to on-site meetings as needed.
• Part of a small team of three delivering proactive performance support.
• Security clearance may be required for customer projects.
