Responsibilities:
- Lead a new engineering team focused on content management capabilities that serve multiple business teams.
- Define the technical direction for a CMS platform supporting publishing to multiple web properties and channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand content workflows, publishing needs, governance requirements, and long-term platform opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of engineering experience, including leading teams and managing technical direction.
- Experience with content management systems, cloud platforms, and strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-site, multi-channel, or headless CMS architectures.
- Experience with marketing, content, digital, or web teams on publishing workflows.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, growth, experimentation, personalization, and SEO.
