The Revenue Operations Sr. Specialist will partner with Sales leadership across the Globe (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel and will help to drive efficiency and sustainably to grow the business.
This role is responsible for executing and scaling day-to-day operations processes (e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc), defining and executing the foundations of sales operations (e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc), and managing variable compensation model, targets and attainment.
The specialist will establish relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams, monitor metrics and provide Sales leadership insights, and develop data-driven decisions on forecasting, growth strategy, territory optimization, and sales incentive design. This role will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning, manage sales tools, and live the mission by inspiring others to care for their wellbeing.
