Job Description
The National Sales Director is responsible for managing a team of enterprise account executives charged with sales to State prospects and customers. What You'll Do: Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances. You'll accomplish sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. You will also maintain and expand customer base by counseling enterprise account executives through account planning exercises and execution. Recommend product lines by identifying new platform opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
