What you'll be doing:
- Designing Sourcing Strategy: You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilizing Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms
- Building Healthy Pipelines: You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.
- Partnering with Stakeholders: You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability.
What you'll bring:
- 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in global markets.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse)
- Fluent English is mandatory.
