Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source passive GTM candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, referrals, and creative channels
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social platforms, etc.)
- Strong understanding of GTM functions and how early-stage teams are built
