Qualifications:

- Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate)
- Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles.
Target Profile:
- GTM sourcer (in-house or agency)
- Early-career GTM recruiter who has run some full-cycle, but may still be developing closing skills
- University recruiting is explicitly in-scope
