Senior Sales Recruiter

An overview of this role:

• You'll play a central role in hiring sales talent to drive GitLab's growth.
• Help shape recruiting strategies supporting go-to-market plans, build relationships, use data, and refine recruiting processes.
• Ensure representative recruitment practices integrated into work and refine our recruiting playbooks and tools.

• Strong recruiting expertise with the ability to understand ambiguous hiring needs.
• Proven experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process for sales positions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and candidly with candidates and stakeholders.
