Associate Commercial Counsel

Vimeo is seeking an energetic and business-focused Associate Commercial Counsel to support Vimeo’s Legal Team with the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of Vimeo’s agreements with partners and sales-assisted customers. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple priorities concurrently. You will report directly to our Vice President. Independently review, draft, revise, interpret, and negotiate a broad range of agreements between Vimeo and its sales-assisted customers on a daily basis, including SaaS agreements and partnership agreements. Work across departments to ensure that contracts are negotiated and executed in compliance with our contracting policies and applicable law. Educate stakeholders on our policies, procedures, and negotiation playbook, and communicate issues concerning contract risks and agreement structure. Assist in management and maintenance of Vimeo’s standard terms and processes with the goal of minimizing friction with customers and mitigating risk for the business.
