The Regional Account Manager is an outside sales role responsible for contributing to the sales growth of the assigned territory through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and portfolio growth opportunities within the current customer base.
Responsibilities include promoting and selling Radformation's software suite to radiation therapy accounts, identifying engineering/development opportunities for the software suite and effectively communicating these requests from a sales perspective to the product team, supporting the marketing team to aid in collateral generation and strategic marketing campaigns, developing client relationship management strategies while suggesting creative solutions to meet client needs, overseeing opportunity organization and progression through the CRM pipeline, promoting standardized operations and establishing effective communication channels and liaising between clients and Radformation teams.
