• Design and deliver training programs on leadership fundamentals.
• Train managers on documenting performance issues and conducting PIPs.
• Serve as an advisor to executives on organizational dynamics.

Assessments, Strategy & Org Design:

• Design a compensation philosophy to attract and retain talent.
• Implement psychological assessments to improve hiring accuracy.
• Use data to identify flight risks and address cultural issues.

Culture, Morale & Career Development:

• Build career development pathways for key roles.
• Own the design and execution of company All Hands meetings and culture events.
• Elevate the performance management process for continuous team upgrade.

Operations, Compliance & Infrastructure:

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the final escalation point for investigations and compliance matters.
• Oversee the Corporate Recruiter to ensure a highly selective hiring strategy.
