How You Will Contribute:
- Activate and strengthen the alumni network through segmented engagement and consistent touchpoints.
- Drive talent and opportunity flow by connecting alumni to roles, initiatives, and peer relationships.
- Inform high-value programming and experiences by gathering feedback and partnering with internal teams.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community building.
- Strong execution and relationship-management capabilities within complex networks.
- Comfort using CRM systems, engagement metrics, and data to guide decisions.
