Your Mission:

You will be the primary owner of recruiting execution across Data, ML, and Platform, building predictable pipelines and running high-signal processes.
You will ensure we consistently hire people who perform at 6, 9, and 18 months, without relying on agencies or inbound.

What You Will Work On:

Own full-cycle hiring across technical roles, partnering directly with senior leadership to define hiring plans and operationalize them.
Run high-quality screening, engage passive candidates, and bring market insight into decision-making.
Document and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks, contributing to broader Talent initiatives.
