Play a critical part in fueling our hiring pipeline, partnering closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure we identify and attract the best candidates globally. Build targeted candidate lists and shortlist profiles for Talent Partnerβs review, or handle initial outreach for high-priority roles. Research and identify new job platforms where we can publish roles. Draft or update job descriptions and coordinate postings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, DOU, etc.). Review incoming applications to identify potential fits, especially for high-volume roles (e.g., developers).
Analyze salary benchmarks, compile role-specific overviews, and create lists of relevant companies-donors for proactive outreach. Generate clear reports (pipeline status, source effectiveness, time-to-fill) and use data-driven insights to spot gaps, track candidates, and optimize the sourcing funnel.
